WWE Roster HUGE

THQ already announced that WWE '12 will have one of the largest rosters in franchise history. It's been confirmed now that the roster count will exceed over 60 Superstars and Divas.

WWE '12 Creative Director, Corey Ledesma confirmed the number via his twitter account saying:

"I hate throwing out roster numbers. People put too much stock into the numbers. Its a big roster... over 60."

WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 had the previous largest roster count with about 69 WWE Superstars and Divas included in the game when the game first launched last October. This number has grown to 75 if you downloaded the DLC packs that were released a few months after.

As amazing as the roster count is, quality is always better than quantity in my opinion. Let's hope the rumored inclusion of more Attitude era wrestlers in the game comes true so it will truly will make WWE '12 have an impressive roster.

So far only Randy Orton, John Cena, The Miz and Alberto del Rio have been confirmed to feature in WWE '12. THQ will make more announcements on the WWE '12 roster during SummerSlam weekend.
