SLURPEE NATION™ WWE/TWIX® SWEEPSTAKES (THE "SWEEPSTAKES")
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 A.M. CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME ("CDT") ON AUGUST 1, 2011 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. CDT ON AUGUST 31, 2011 ("SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR INDIVIDUALS LOCATED IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C. ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) BY POINT AND TWIX® GAME CODE SUBMISSION: Visit www.slurpee.com ("Web Site") during the Sweepstakes Period, read and accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions. To enter the Sweepstakes and for a chance to win the Grand Prize, redeem five (5) Points (as defined in the 7-Eleven Slurpee Nation™ Rewards Program Terms found at https://slurpee.com/UtilityPages.aspx?sPage=RewardsTerms (the "Slurpee Nation™ Terms"), submit a the TWIX® Game Code, and click the "Get Started!" button. Each time you enter, five (5) Points will automatically be deducted from your Account (as defined in the Slurpee Nation™ Terms). Each five (5) Point submission and TWIX® Game Code submission shall equal one (1) entry (an "Entry") HOW TO OBTAIN TWIX® GAME CODES: TWIX® Game Codes are available inside packages of TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars (Single & 4 to Go packages) that are specially-marked for the TWIX® Pick Your Pause Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (for details on this separate promotion, go to twix.com). No mechanical reproduced, altered or forged TWIX® Game Codes, or TWIX® Game Codes obtained through unauthorized channels, accepted. Liability for a defective TWIX® Game Codes is limited to replacement with another TWIX® Game Codes, while supplies last. (2) WITHOUT A PURCHASE: To enter without using Points or TWIX® Game Codes, hand-print your name, date of birth, daytime telephone number (including area code), street address (no PO Boxes please) and your e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to SLURPEE NATION™ WWE/TWIX® SWEEPSTAKES, 4228 N. Central Expressway, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75206, to be postmarked by on or before August 31, 2011 and received by on or before September 7, 2011 (also an "Entry). Limit: one (1) Entry per outer postmarked envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or postage-due mail. Entry Limit: Two (2) Entries per person, per day regardless of the method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" shall be defined as 12:00:00 a.m. CDT to 11:59:59 p.m. CDT. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Accounts or any other methods will void all of that person’s Entries. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. No other forms of entry are valid other than those set forth above. All Account and Entry information become the property of the Sponsor.
2. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.
3. GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Miami, Florida, including round-trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s home within the continental U.S. to a major commercial airport near Miami, Florida; standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room with double-occupancy) for three (3) nights; two (2) tickets to WrestleMania XXVIII currently scheduled for April 1, 2012 (the "Event"); two (2) tickets to the WWE Hall of Fame live show currently scheduled for March 31, 2012 in Miami ; two (2) tickets to Wrestle Mania Axxess fan festival currently scheduled for March 29, 2012 - April 1, 2012 in Miami. and an opportunity to meet a WWE star (subject to availability; identity of star is in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and miscellaneous WWE-branded gear as determined by Sponsor. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $3,000.00. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Selection of airline, hotel and other prize details are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. No ground transportation is provided. Trip must occur between March 30, 2012 and April 2, 2012. If winner lives within 150 miles of Event location, ground transportation may be awarded in lieu of air transportation in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and travel guest are subject to and must comply with all applicable Event venue rules, restrictions and terms; failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Event or any issue arising from the Event’s operation/management. If the Event is canceled for any reason, prize will be awarded without the Event and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and his/her travel guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor; no alternative travel dates are available. Winner and his/her travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is eligible but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor travel guest’s parent or legal guardian. A minor must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return releases specified by Sponsor before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and travel guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. passport) required for travel.
4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of 7-Eleven, Inc., Tic Toc, Inc., The Integer Group, LLC, Mars Chocolate North America, LLC, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Promotion Parties") and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may enter this Sweepstakes on behalf of the group, club or organization.
5. GENERAL TERMS: No prize substitution available, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and prize may not be redeemed for cash (unless at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. All entrants, as a condition of entry in the Sweepstakes, agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Slurpee Nation™ Terms, and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. The Account information that you provide is subject to the Privacy Policy available on the Web Site.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about September 9, 2011, a random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency to select the winner from all eligible entries received. On or about September 10, 2011, the winner will be notified by email, telephone and/or overnight mail. It is the responsibility of entrant to maintain all Account information in good working order. The winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release and such other documents as Sponsor may require. All documents must be received by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to comply with these requirements in a timely manner may result in disqualification and prize may be forfeited. If prize is won by an eligible minor, the prize may be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign all documentation.
7. CONDITIONS: Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from participating in any aspect of Sweepstakes, and/or may cancel, suspend or block any Account registered by such person, if Sponsor and its Administrators deem or suspect that such person has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Official Rules, the Slurpee Nation™ Terms or other terms and conditions of the Web Site; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Sweepstakes; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) use of any automated bot, script or other robotic, mechanical, programmed or automated devices to submit data to the Web Site through online means; or (e) repeated attempts to enter void TWIX® Game Codes in one or more Accounts, as determined by Sponsor; or (f) any unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (g) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Administrators to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR CORRUPT ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR EVENT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS ADMINISTRATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor and Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Web Site: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or other communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage due mail; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an Account used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or printing errors in any display or announcement of the prize, or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site, including without limitation, the number of entries submitted in this Sweepstakes, or any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer equipment or mobile phone equipment resulting from online participation in the Sweepstakes, or use of or download of any information from the Web Site. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Under no circumstances will Sponsor and Promotion Parties be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from winner’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize including any travel related thereto.
9. DISPUTES: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Texas State Court located in Dallas County, Texas; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Dallas, Texas.
10. WINNER’S NAME: For the name of the prize winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Slurpee Nation™ WWE/TWIX® Sweepstakes Winner, 4228 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 200 Dallas, TX 75206 by September 30, 2011.
