WWE's new cable channel WWE Network could feature Wrestlemania & more:

Details about the upcoming WWE Network to be launched by WWE in 2012, have started to trickle out this week and they should prove to be enticing to the wrestling fans to check out the channel. WWE has been working on launching their own 24/7 'wrestling channel' for years now, and confirmed on WWE RAW earlier this month that they will finally launch the channel next year.

The biggest news about the cable TV channel is that according to 411Mania, WWE Network will offer the annual editions of the 'big 4' pay per view events ( Wrestlemania, Survivor Series, Summerslam, and Royal Rumble) as part of the channel at no additional charge. This would be a very attractive feature for both the casual and die hard wrestling fan to get the channel added to the cable TV package. These events are offered live on pay per view at $45.95 along with other montly WWE PPV events. Wrestlemania specifically costs $50.00.

Survey For Fans On WWE Channel:

According to PWTorch, The following is a survey that was sent out to select fans to answer on possible programming for the new WWE Channel.

"This network would include all of WWE's monthly pay-per-view events to the lineup at no additional cost. Rather than having to pay for them, they would now be monthly specials with the same match quality you’re used to seeing on pay-per-view for no additional cost. These events would only be on The WWE Network."

The following other options were listed in the survey as possible programming:

* Classic footage of older promotions like WCW, NWA, ECW and the AWA.

* New non-wrestling shows.

* Documentaries.

* WWE talents hosting their favorite movies.

* Repeats of RAW and SmackDown.

* New weekly live in-ring shows.

* Daily in-studio interactive shows similar to news programs or SportsCenter.

* Interactive call-in shows hosted by WWE talents.

* Reality show with former WWE stars living in a house.
