Kevin Nash Legitimately Injured At WWE Night Of Champions (9/18/11)?

According to reports, Kevin Nash may have been legitimately injured at last night’s Night of Champions PPV following the sledgehammer shot by Triple H. Michael Cole, who had lost his voice during the PPV, was seen writing a note to his colleague Jerry Lawler and Lawler then showed the paper to a member of the WWE crew, likely noting that Nash was legitimately injured.

After the PPV went off the air, referees gave the “X” symbol and officials came from the back to check on Nash, even Lawler himself. Nash eventually got to his feet and was helped to the back.
